This morning when I was checking my Google+ page I was prompted with a popup that said the cover photo is now bigger. They weren't telling a fib either. I hit the confirmation to update and loaded my preferred cover photo and BAM! The thing is HUGE! Take a look at my screenshots for yourself and then head on over to your profile and check out the update for yourself.
