Bane Tech has become a great way to express many passions of mine via a blog. This website was created two years ago and I have had a blast running it. Through this form of communication I have been able to connect with many people including social media managers, viewers, subscribers and more. My favorite part of what I do is interacting with my viewers. Everything else adds to the flavor.
With all that said I want to take Bane Tech to the next level. With that said, I want to propose an opportunity to you or perhaps someone you know. This proposal is to become part of the Bane Tech Alpha Team. Before I continue on let me explain the heart, values and vision I have for the team and then you can decipher if this is something you want to be part of.
- Bane Tech exists to assist the everyday user experience. That has been the drive since the start of what I do and it will always be like that.
- Real user experiences. Meaning, any reviews done I like to give my full opinion about what the subject is. There is a difference between a commercial and review. There is a time and place for both.
- I want your experience and perspective.
- Have the mindset of if you are the customer, what do you want to know?
- Topics are not really limited to just tech.
- Topics to cover – reviews, how to guides, news, lessons, gaming, iOS, Android, photography, opinions, rants, soap boxes and the list goes on.
- I am not out to compete with other sites, channels and blogs. If anything I like to be supportive. There have been NUMEROUS people who have helped me out in this journey. With that said, we still want to strive to be the best, one post at a time.
- Overall, I want this to be a community that can discuss a variety of subjects and help each other out.
Hopefully, from that list you can get a taste of what I want out of this blog. However, I am always open for ideas and suggestions. Now to move on to what’s in it for you? What are the benefits of being part of this team? The following will give you an idea of who fits this mold at this point in time.
Some transparency to start off with so you can get a good perspective on how this whole thing runs.
At this point in time. The website itself does not bring in much revenue at all (honest moment here). There are some ads, yes. But they literally generate pennies a day. YouTube is where the majority of the revenue I make from all of what I do and even at that I do not make much from it. Therefore, if you’re in it for the money, this gig might not be for you. The revenue I make helps keep Bane Tech up and running at this point. Owning a website is not free or at least to own a domain and essentials to an official brand/website going. It takes a lot of work to just get the crumbs of revenue left over for profit.
SO what is left over to make this beneficial to you? Actually, there is a lot to gain from being part of the team. While cash doesn’t come flowing in (yet). There are many valuable items to reap.
- Any product reviews done, you get to keep unless there are other agreements with company who provided the product. Some of these products are really nice and is definitely a perk.
- Experience. This alpha team is for the one who wants to gain experience writing, reviewing and managing a website. Perhaps you have a goal to write for a large website and need a resume to build. Whether you are here as this being a stepping stone or in it for the long haul, it is cool with me.
- I will train and coach you to reach any goals you want to obtain.
- More exposure. Maybe you just started out and need to get your name out there. This is a great way to connect with more people.
- This is a form of art, communication and expression. You can use this to express those passions.
- You can cover as many or little topics as you want.
The benefits will grow as the growth of Bane Tech happens. There is a ton more I can discuss but I wanted to give you an idea of what I am looking for. I REALLY hope this sparks some interest and take Bane Tech to the next level. Please note once you join it does not mean you have signed the dotted line with your blood.
