How to delete a Facebook Post – App Version 5.4.2

This guide will walk you through how to delete a Facebook post and Hide a Facebook Post via the Facebook App. In this demonstration the iOS app will be used but the same method applies to Android as well. Please follow the following steps to successfully delete or hide a post.

    • Open the app
    • Locate the 3 dot icon near the upper righthand corner of the post
    • Tap the icon
    • A menu will appear stating “Delete” and “Hide From Timeline”
    • Choose which option you would like to perform
    • Or tap cancel if you change your mind
