My Experience:
It’s actually been a while since I have used a pc keyboard because my main computer has been an Apple MacBook and before this laptop I used a Dell laptop. Most, if not all, workplaces I have worked at that required a computer had normal keyboards. I’ve grown to really like a laptop keyboard because of the quiet, flat, layout they offer. So I was anxious to see how this HAVIT keyboard was going to treat me. I am in the process of building my own pc gaming computer and at some point was gonna need a new keyboard to go along with it. HAVIT provides a great option for just that.
For one, I like the design and I don’t mean the looks. While it does look good, I like the ergonomics of the build. There is a nice angled palm rest that makes the comfort level much nicer than the standard design like what your Dell comes with. This just feels great to type on. Moving forward the keys are smooth to the touch, responsive and not too loud. Now, the keys are louder than what I am used to. But by no mean are obnoxiously noisy.
Setup:
As far as my setup goes I have a keyboard tray at my desk and that is where I have it positioned. The tray helps with the minimal clean look I am going for. This also means that the USB cable is plenty long enough to be threaded through the wire holes. The cable itself is a high quality fabric, tangle free cord.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, I have enjoyed using the keyboard and I can’t wait to get this hooked up to my new gaming pc! It will definitely be icing on the cake. It looks cool and functions great. I have no complaints whatsoever. Not too mention it is waterproof!
